Brandon was renovating an old house that had multiple leaks in the roof, causing some mold and possibly rot in the roof sheeting. A dormer had been added in the late 1990s when the roof was last replaced but was improperly supported in the structure and the flashing was not installed correctly, creating leaks that were progressively getting worse. He called us, and we were able to fully repair and replace the roof. The results are astonishing!
