Check out this new and improved Klaus roof in Scio! This customer had a leak coming from around the chimney of his home. After we assessed his roof, he felt confident in the need to replace the roof and wanted to do it the Klaus roofing way.

This customer called Klaus, looking for a full replacement for his roof. Upon inspection, there were signs of shingle damage and light rot on the decking. We replaced the roof the Klaus Roofing way, and the customer was very happy with the results!

This owner's roof was leaking, and he had been advised to replace it (rather than repairing it). He found us online and called for an appointment.

When a roof older than 10 years is leaking, we do advise to replace it. Otherwise, you are continually doing repairs as the leaks happen, and the water can damage your whole home plus cause mold to grow!

The home was re-roofed with IKO's Dynsty asphalt shingles. Under those shingles are a special underlayment that helps protect against leaks, so the owner doesn't have to worry any more!
