Problem- 

Klaus was called to assess a homeowner’s roof after they reported concerns of birds getting in their attic. Our roofing consultant Thomas knew just what to do!

What We Found-

• Gaps in the decking of the roof valleys

• Siding intake on the left side 

Solution

Our Solution-

Closing of all gaps in valleys, application of waterproof shield over whole roof, and application of two lower pan flashing points.

Results and Satisfaction-
