Roof Repair Photo Album: Leaking and Rotting Roof Replacement in Mapleton, OR

Brandon was renovating an old house with multiple leaks in the roof, causing mold and possibly rot in the roof sheeting. A dormer had been added in the late 1990s when the roof was last replaced but was improperly supported in the structure and the flashing was not installed correctly, creating leaks that were progressively getting worse. He called us, and we were able to fully repair and replace the roof. The results are astonishing!
