Challenge

The owner bought this Lincoln City, OR cottage near the beach a few years ago, and knew it was time to replace its roof, especially since it was starting to leak! After getting a few proposals, he chose to move forward with our company.

Solution

The removal and replacement of this roof ended up being more complex than we first thought—there were four layers of older roofing on it (this is never a good thing!).

Our roofing crew removed all the old layers. They then re-decked the entire roof with plywood, layed down the protective underlayments, and re-roofed his coastal home with IKO Dynasty architectural shingles.
